Terms of Service

Welcome to Family Farm Match! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Family Farm Match LLC ("we", "our", or "us") and govern your use of our Game.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental permission to use the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of it
• Use cheats, bots, or hacks
• Violate local laws or third-party rights through your use

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play). All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or platform policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game (graphics, text, animations, etc.) belongs to Family Farm Match LLC or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or art assets without permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if:

• You violate these Terms
• We discontinue the Game
• Required by law or to protect users

You may stop using the Game at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss, connectivity issues, or unexpected gameplay behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid (if any) in the past 6 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Hyderabad, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you through in-game messaging or via our website. Continued use of the Game means you agree to the updated Terms.
